Click BUY NOW to purchase.
You will be asked to create an account.
Enter your name and your email.
Create a password - longer than 10 letters - make sure you make a note of it.
Check your spelling for both password and email.
Payment - choose either card or Paypal.
Enter your home address (this is the address connected to your bank or paypal. It is needed purely for security purposes.)
Enter your payment details.
Don’t forget the last crucial step - confirm the membership purchase as the final step. If you don’t do this, the purchase will not work.
How to make a purchase:
After purchasing, you can access your lesson or e-book either by logging into your account or through the confirmation email you will receive (always check your spam folder).
To log in, simply click on the login in the top right corner of any page. Or click here: LOGIN
Once inside your account, you’ll find your lessons or e-books ready to stream or download.
All lessons & e-books have a video and pdf files. The pdfs are linked below the video.
E-books should be downloaded and saved on your laptop within 10 days of purchase.
Videos have a 3 year access for streaming.
Once inside your account, you can easily purchase other lessons and e-books in easy steps.

This might be because your address connected to your bank is different. Always check this. Or it might be because your card doesn’t allow international payments.
Why is my card payment not successful?
The usual reason for this is a mispelling of your email address or password. Another reason is you may have used a different email address during checkout.
The solution is to email me: store@ieltsliz.com with all your purchase details - name, email, date of purchase and item purchased.
I check my emails about every 48 hours on average so please be patient.
I can’t access my account on this store.
There are a number of possible reasons. 1) Your email address for Paypal is different - always check it. 2) Your Paypal account might not be set to international payments - check your settings. 3) Your card and address connected to your paypal account might be out of date - please check this.
Why is my Paypal payment not successful?
Many downloading and streaming problems are often due to your device or internet connection.
Try using a different device. Also try using either a different internet IP address or use the internet at a time when there is less traffic. You will need a strong, stable, reliable internet to download and stream.
